Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First heat up a pan with half of the ghee add suji and roast it on low flame till the colour changes and a nice smell comes out. Keep it aside.
* Step 2
Now in the same pan heat the remaining ghee add cloves and green cardamom then add 3 cups of water and sugar mix it and bring it to bowl. Then add food colour and Boil for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 3
Now add the roasted suji and mix it fastly by other hand.
* Step 4
Cook it on medium flame and stir it continuously.
* Step 5
It starts thickens. At this time add cardamom powder and dry fruits and tutti frutti mix it.
* Step 6
Now it leaves the pan then switch off the flame.
* Step 7
Our delicious suji halwa is ready to serve.
