Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a bowl add flour salt and oil and add water gradually and knead it to make soft dough, cover and keep Aside.
* Step 2
Now in another bowl mash the potatoes and add all the listed ingredients of stuffing except oil and mix it nicely.
* Step 3
Now take small portion of dough and make round ball and flatten it with rolling pin now put small amount of the stuffing on it and make ball carefully, again roll it carefully to make paratha.
* Step 4
Now put on preheated tawa and cook it from on side and apply some oil on it and flip it and apply some oil on the other side and cook nicely. Do this with talk the dough.
* Step 5
Now our healthy and yummy breakfast is ready to serve.
* Step 6
Enjoy with green chutney and raita.
