Tandoori roti on tawa

Healthy roti for weight conscious diet, awesome in taste. #deepfried #5ing

Ingredient

250 gms

wheat flour

1 tbsp

curd

3-4 tsp

butter

to taste

Salt

As required

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add wheat flour salt curd butter and baking powder now crumble the mixture and add water gradually.

* Step 2

Knead the mixture to make a proper dough and cover it and keep aside for 40-45 minutes.

* Step 3

After 45 minutes take a small portion of the dough and make round Ball.

* Step 4

Flatten it to make round roti now fold the roti to make round ball again.

* Step 5

Again flatten it for one more time. Roll it little thick (don’t roll to thin).

* Step 6

Add water on the one side now put the wet side on the tawa cook for 1 minute, roast it one side and flip the tawa and roast the other side as well. Rub the butter cube on it.

* Step 7

Do the same as remaining portion of the dough and our tandoori roti is ready to serve. (cut it half In the middle of the roti if you want).
