Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all make a mixture of potato,onion,salt, chilli powder,dhania powder.

* Step 2

Make a cut in green chilli and fill the mixture in it.

* Step 3

Now make a mixture of bes an,salt,chilli powder,baking soda,water.

* Step 4

Now dip the filled green chilli in besan mixture and put in hot oil and fry it. It is ready and serve it with green chutney.
