Pakodi and aalu ki sabji

Ingredient

1/2 bowl

Besan

to taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

Chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder

as required

Oil

1 jug

Water

1/2 tsp

Jeera

2 pinches

Baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In besan add salt, chilli powder, baking soda,and water. From this mixture small pakodi fry in oil.

* Step 2

Now take a pressure cooker add oil in it and add ground material and all dry masalas till it leaves oil.

* Step 3

Then add potato and water in it and put the lid. When two whistles go on, Sim the gas for 5 mins. Turn off the gas.

* Step 4

After steam goes off, open the lid, add pakodi in it and also add chopped coriander. Cover it for 5 mins and it is ready.
