Rice and rajma veg

Ingredient

1 glass

rice

2 glass

water

1 spoon

salt

1/2 tsp

garam masala

1 table spoon

oil

4,5 pieces

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take a cooker add oil heat it add salt and rice mix it add water and cover the lid after 1 whistle off the flame rice is ready

* Step 2

For rajma take a cooker add rajma 1 spoon salt add water and boil it after 1 whistle low the flame boil it for 20 to 25.minutes

* Step 3

Now make a paste of onion,tomato, green chilli and garlic take a wok add oil and heat it now add onion tomato paste add turmeric powder add red chilli powder mix it fry it till becomes brown add it in boil rajma and cover the lid boi for 5 minutes

* Step 4

Now take a bowl add rice and rajma as required garnish with coriander leaves and serve it
