This is a famous Northern Indian famous street food ..healthy light on digestion..a truly gastronomic delight ..

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak moong dal for few hours..

* Step 2

Grind it into fine paste by adding shredded ginger

* Step 3

Add salt red chilli powder and jeera at the time of grinding..

* Step 4

To the paste now add baking soda and stir it thoroughly

* Step 5

In a wok add oil. Let it heat

* Step 6

Now wth the help of a spoon add the batter in a oil one by one on a medium flame

* Step 7

Fry them till they become golden brown..

* Step 8

Take them out one by one on a tissue paper

* Step 9

Let them become cool

* Step 10

Dip them in the lukewarm water for some time..

* Step 11

Soak the water and on a plate put these pakodis and add curd chutneys black salt cumin powder.nylon sec over it and enjoy this yummy delicious treat
