Kuttu idlies infused with lauki

Kitty ki idlies r primarily made from buck wheat flour or kuttu flour in which I hv added grated lauki ...and steamed it in the idly cooker for 10 minutes ..this flour s a gluten free and so can b taken by every one.....these idlies taste gud with cucumber or potato raita...

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak kuttu aata in the above mentioned amount of curd for approximately one hour..

* Step 2

You can add now grated lauki and adjust it's consistency by stirring it

* Step 3

Add salt red chilly powder black pepper and stir the batter...

* Step 4

Now take a pressure cooker.on a gas flame and add little water..Meanwhile grease the idly moulds and pour the batter in the idly moulds respectively

* Step 5

Keep the idly stand in the pressure cooker..

* Step 6

Cover the lid of the pressure cooker by removing it's whistle from it..

* Step 7

Allow it to cook it for 10 minutes

* Step 8

Your healthy yummy vrat idlies would be ready..

* Step 9

You can have it with aloo or cucumber ka raita or coconut peanut chutney...The choice s yours....
