Spinach chicken stir fry

Easy low carb high fat, minimum ingredient spinach chicken stir fry. It was so awesome, that the photo does it no justice. It can be served hot or cold!

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the chicken in butter, till brown. Add the ginger garlic paste.

* Step 2

Saute the onions with the chicken.

* Step 3

Add the washed spinach to the pan, and mix into the chicken. Cook with the lid closed, on low flame, till the spinach is done.

* Step 4

Add the vinegar and salt and stir, after turning off the heat.

* Step 5

Serve hot or cold!
