Pork Picadillo

My toddler liked it so much I was worried he will overeat. I forgot to mention he is so picky.

Ingredient

Food ration :

8 servings

Cooking time :

30mins
5 cloves

garlic

7 pcs

tomato

3 tbsp

cooking oil

1 tbsp

fish sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Saute onion and garlic in oil on a pan.

* Step 2

Add ground pork and cook until brown (about 10 mins).

* Step 3

Add broth, tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes more.

* Step 4

Add potatoes and carrots and cook for about 10 mins.

* Step 5

Add fish sauce and pepper.

* Step 6

Stir well for about 5 mins.

* Step 7

Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!
