Now take beetroot flour and roll it with the help of the roller
* Step 5
Now make small pooris with the help of small cover
* Step 6
Now arrange 6 pooris and stick with help of water
* Step 7
Now turn it in shape of rose
* Step 8
Likewisely make all roses
* Step 9
Now make green flour also
* Step 10
Make pooris of it and roll it similarly
* Step 11
Now heat oil and fry mathris in low flame
* Step 12
Take out the mathris with the help of the sieve
