Maida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare a hard dough of all purpose flour

* Step 2

Chop all veggies finely

* Step 3

Heat oil saute all veggies one by one

* Step 4

Add all sauces, keep aside

* Step 5

Divide the dough into small balls

* Step 6

Roll with the help of the roller

* Step 7

Fill in the stuffing and make Momos of any desired shape

* Step 8

Steam it in a steamer I had steamed Momos in rice cooker using a big sieve and water below

* Step 9

Steam it till momos are transparent

* Step 10

Enjoy delicious momos
