urad dal

chana dal

1 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan pour oil add chana,urad dal fry well

* Step 2

Then add cumin, mustard seeds fry well

* Step 3

Then add curry leaves, coriander, ginger fry althose

* Step 4

Then add suji roast a minute

* Step 5

Then turn off transfer fried mixer into a bowl add cucumber, coconut,add curd

* Step 6

Add salt pour water mix althose make sure it should be idly batter kind

* Step 7

Close lid rest for 20mins

* Step 8

Then pour into idly plates it should be steam at 15mins

* Step 9

Then place idly on serving plate serve along with chutney
