Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl pour curd add garlic paste and add rest of all
* Step 3
Take a bowl put flour add salt pour water make kneaded dough
* Step 4
Take a small amount dough roll as small puri
* Step 5
Heat a pan add butter once it's melted then add garlic keep fry until it get nice France then add cabbage add salt keep statue for 10mins until it becomes soften then add pepper, cumin powder mix well place on middle of roll

Close it like as momos shape
* Step 7
Place all momos into steamer and steam it for 20mins then leave into curd,momos should marinate for 10mins
* Step 8
Then heat add butter place marinated momos fry well till it gets golden colour
* Step 9
Take a serving place garnish the garlic curd place fried momos
* Step 10
Decorated with sauce and serve onions ready to serve very tasty yummy garlic fried tandoori momos
