Heat a wok and saute ginger and garlic until golden brown and then remove.In same wok stir fry veggies and splash a little water and salt.Cover to simmer.When.its already cook mix half of the fried ginger and garlic then mix.Scoop in a plate then garnish the remaing garlic and ginger on top.Serve
