Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl put yeast pour lukewarm water to soak yeast,sugar leave half an hour
* Step 2
Then take a bowl put flour sieve it, then add salt,baking soda,baking powder substitute already soaked yeast solution
* Step 3
Mix well as palms free make soft kneaded bread dough leave 5 hours.
* Step 4
Then it will increase size take a small amount make it round shape buns sprinkle sesame seeds place on baking tray bake 220degree at 20mins then cut top part scoop inside
* Step 5
Mean while take another bowl put aloo,smash nicely add salt,butter on it add coriander mix well as nice flavoured dip serve into bread buns
* Step 6
Take pumpkin Peel it cut slices
* Step 7
Coat with cornflour,salt mixer,leave into oil fri well once it get golden colour
* Step 8
Ready to serve innovatieve dish bread buns filled aloo dip with pumpkin French fries
