Raw mango dokhla
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a raw mango Peel diced pieces, coriander,chilli put three ingredients into blender make fine paste
* Step 2
Take another bowl put besan flour,salt,baking soda and raw mango,coriander pulp pour half cup water to make sure lump free batter
* Step 3
Take round container apply oil on base pour batter steam at 15 to 20mins then check with tooth pick
* Step 4
For tadaka..heat a kadai pour oil add mustard seeds,sesame seeds when it's splits add green chilli slices,asafoeteda,pour water add sugar boil 2 mins once it's melted
* Step 5
Cut dokhla pieces add tadaka on top dhokla ready to serve
* Step 6
Tasty sour sweet raw mango dokhla
