Soya is well protein contain ingrediente,very healthy tasty to have morning breakfast time
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl put wheat flore add salt,1tsp oil pour water to make kneaded soft doe rest for 5 mins
* Step 2
Then heat a cadai pour oil add onion keep statue once it's becomes transparent add Ginger garlic paste keep fri
* Step 3
Then add capsicum keep fri this boiled smashed soya add salt,chilli powder other spices mix well
* Step 4
Take roti doe role with roller fri both sides on tavva add butter
* Step 5
Plate a roti apply tomato sauce place curry on middle, start rolling one side to another side
