#milk #contest Kalabasa is a fabulous recipe ..great flavour contain mouthwatering dessert made up of coconut milk and pumpkin pulp given perfect colour texture

Ingredient

1/2 ltr

Coconut milk

150 gms

Pumpkin

100 gms

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take thick cadai pour coconut milk keep boil

While milk get bubbling add condensed milk,mean while take pumpkin Peel cut pieces

* Step 3

Al those pumpkin pieces put into pressure cooker allow to get 2 vissles strain water blend with hand blender strain pulp will get fine puri

* Step 4

These fine puri pour into already boiling milk

* Step 5

Add sugar and mean while soak gelatin into a bowl these gelaten add into milk keep boil,o once it's get thick again stain it into deep round shape bowl put refrigerator 3to 4 hours

Take out turn to a plate garnish with drifruit pieces ready to serve
