Mava ghujiya prasada

Mava ghujiya prasada to lord krishna for Holi festival

Ingredient

1 cup

maida

1/2 cup

mava (fresh)

1 cup

sugar

1 tsp

ghee

1 pinch

baking soda

1 pinch

food colour

1 spoon

lemon juice

as needed

Oil

as needed

Few rose petals

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take bowl put maida add 1 tsp ghee add pinch baking soda mix well..make a soft dow

This doe leave for 5 min..in the mean while

Keep cadai on firm put mava and suji,half spoon sugar keep fri 5 min

This mava is ready to stuff..by the gujia..take doe make puri cut perfect circle by the help of round cup

Each circle filed up with mava and close it nicely

In the mean while put bannel pour sugar and water keep firm..until wait for one string consistancy..add Ilachi powder and food colour.,lemon juice..mix well.sugar syrup is ready keep aside..

* Step 7

Put bannel pour oil once it heats fri gujiya on slow flame..by golden colour..take it out to plate dip into sugar syrup..leave 2 min...

These ghujia decorate rose petals...it's ready to serve...i made prasada for krisna on behalf of holi..
