Pumpkin carrot sabzi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard and cumin seeds and let them crackle, add curry leaves, asafoetida and onion mix and saute on high heat till onions are soft.
* Step 2
Add pumpkin, carrot, chilli, tomato.
* Step 3
Add turmeric, kitchen king masala, salt and mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
* Step 4
Serve hot pumpkin carrot subji with roti.
