Batata Bhajji is crunchy, crispy all time favourite tea time snack.this is very simple and easy recipe.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add chickpea flour,salt, turmeric powder,soda,mix well and add little water at a time and make smooth batter.
* Step 2
Dip a potato slices in the batter and drop it in hot oil.
* Step 3
Deep fry on medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
