Pithale is a traditional maharashtrian resipe, prepered with besan.it is an easy and quick resipe and it tastes just awesome.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine the besan and water in a deep bowl and whisk
* Step 2
Heat oil in kadhai,add mustard seeds
* Step 3
When it crackles add curry leaves
* Step 4
Add onions and saute well
* Step 5
Add crushed ginger &garlic and saute 1 minute
* Step 6
Add chopped tomato, chillies and fry till they are soft
* Step 7
Add mix masala,turmeric and salt
* Step 8
Add besan paste and mix nicely and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring continously
* Step 9
Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame for 3-4 minutes
* Step 10
Serve it with chapati or bhakri and side dish
