Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine the suji, curd,salt,and 1/2 cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well, cover and keep aside for 20minutes
* Step 2
Add oil on a preheated griddle spread the suji batter on it
* Step 3
Once the side down of the uttapam becomes golden brown slowly flip it over and quickly put pizza toping and spread it evenly
* Step 4
Sprinkle little chopped onion, cabbage, coriander, beetroot and grated chesse evenly over it
* Step 5
Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 2 minutes or till the chesse melt
* Step 6
Suji uttapam pizza is redy, serve it immediately
