Ingredient

1/4 cup

suji

1/2 cup

buttermilk

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

1/2 inch

ginger

To taste

Salt

As needed

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind moth sprouts coarsely with cumin, ginger,chilli and coriander

* Step 2

In mixing bowl add bajra flour, suji, salt, methi leaves, paste, buttermilk and knead a soft dough

* Step 3

Take a tawa grease with ghee grease your palm with ghee take a small size portion of dough spread it on tawa spread ghee around the thalipith

* Step 4

Cook the thalipith from both side till golden brown spots

* Step 5

Thalipith is redy to serve it serve hot with ghee, chundda, masala chass
