Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 1 tbs oil in to a kadhai add peanuts and fry it till colour in golden on medium flame and keep aside

* Step 2

Then add poha and saute 8-10 minutes on low flame (without oil) and keep aside, then add 3 tbs oil add garlic and saute till golden brown crisp for medium flame then add curry leaves, chillies and cook till crisp and golden then add poha and peanuts and mix it well, turn off the flame, lastly add poder sugar

* Step 3

Poha chiwda is redy to serve
