Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan add rai,cumin seeds, curry leaves and wait till it crackles

* Step 2

Now add onion, asafoetida and saute for 2-3 min after onion became transferent add pumpkin, tomato, turmeric, masala, salt close the lid and put gas on sim, after 5-7min pumpkin became soft add coconut then turn off gas

* Step 3

Pumpkin bhaji redy to serve it garnish with coriander and coconut
