Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In mixi jar add sprouts,green chilli,ginger,garlic,cumin,salt and grind it into fine paste
* Step 2
Take a bowl add sprouts batter, oats,curry leaves, coriander, spring onion mix it
* Step 3
Now with the help of a. Spoon add the batter in a all one by one on medium flame
* Step 4
Fry them till they became golden brown
* Step 5
Serve it hot with chutney or sauce
