Grill the eggplant and remove the skin.Wash it and drain to let the water out.Beat egg sprinkle a little salt and pepper.Take eggplant and submerge in egg.Press using fork to lrt the egg penetratres.
* Step 2
Heat a pan and add cooking oil then pan fry eggplant in.low heat.
