Sabse pehle ye sari chize alag alag bhigoye 6-7hrs, pohe time par bhigoye

* Step 2

Badme sab chize mixi me pees le

* Step 3

Ek chalni le or pisa hua aate ka ghol chan le,ek bar vaps pani dalke pisle or chane.

* Step 4

Ab aate ke ghol me salt our dahi dale

* Step 5

Aate ke ghol ko achhe se ghot le

* Step 6

Ab idli aate ko 8 hrs ke liye rakhe

* Step 7

8 hrs baad idli ke plte ko oil lagaye usme idli mishrn dale or idli steem karein

* Step 8

Ek sreving plate me chutney ke sath ragi mungdal idli serve karein
