Moong daal dhokla
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soak the daal for 5 hours,then grind it.take 2 cup daal.add green chilli,ginger and salt.mix it.now heat 1tsp oil in a pan.
* Step 2
After that add cumin seeds,mustard seeds and asafoetida in it.crackle it.now sad this tadka in daal paste.add eno in it and mix it.
* Step 3
Now pour daal paste in pre greased micro safe dish. microwave it for 7-8 minutes on full power.keep it in microwave for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Now heat 1tsp oil in a wok.add curry leaves and splutter it.after that add sugar and water in it and mix it.switch off the gas and add lemon juice.
* Step 5
When dhokla and sugar water both are become cool then pour sugar water on dhokla.your dhokla's are ready.cut it in your favourite shape.serve it with green chutney,sauce aur sweet chutney.
