Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil and cool sweet potato.Now peel off it.mash it using fork. Add khoya, milk powder.You can adjust milk powder according to moisture of sweet potato.
* Step 2
Make dough.Now make small balls from dough
* Step 3
Heat the ghee.Fry the balls at medium flame.transfer hot fried balls into sugar syrup.
* Step 4
For sugar syrup, make one thread consistency syrup using rose essence or vanilla essence,saffron and cardmom powder.
* Step 5
Dip the gulab jamuna for 3 to 4 hours.and serve hot or cool it's yours choice.
