Ingredient

150 gm

khoya

2 tbsp

ghee

4 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan add cooked carrot halva,khot and sugar and mix it.

* Step 2

Now grease a plate with oil and add carrot halva mixture

* Step 3

Keep 20 minute into refrigerator.

* Step 4

Now cut into small pieces like burfi and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
