Instant Rava Appam

Instant Rava Appam

Healthy and instant recipe to munch on with tea or coffee

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 ppls

Cooking time :

10-15 minutes
1 cup

Rava

1/2 cup

yogurt

1/2 tsp

Baking soda

1 tsp

ginger

2-3 tbsp

oil

to taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast Rava on medium flame for 5 minutes. Let in cool down

* Step 2

Once it cools down to it add yogurt and mix it well

* Step 3

Add water to the mixture to make thick flowly consistency batter.

* Step 4

Now add 1/2 tsp of baking soda to it. And keep it aside for 15 minutes

* Step 5

After 15 minutes add onions, capsicum, ginger, green chillis Tobit and mix it well

* Step 6

Now add all the dry masala

* Step 7

Heat the Appam pan and grease it.

* Step 8

Once the pan is ready drop in the mixture and cook it till golden brown or till the toothpick comes out clean.
