Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all add dry yeast to warm water and let it sit to activate the yeast.

* Step 2

Meanwhile take a bowl add flour, olive oil, yogurt, salt to it.

* Step 3

Now add reasycwayer to it and make a soft dough by kneading it for about 10 minutes.

Keep the dough aside to rise to double size.

* Step 5

For filling, mix together finely chopped spinach, Feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes, garlic powder. Keep it aside.

The dough rise to double size after an hour.

Divide the dough in equal parts.

* Step 8

Take one part roll it like a ball and with the help of rolling pin flatten it as thin as possible.

Put the filling in the center of the flatten dough and cover it from all the side. Make a packet out of it.

* Step 10

Preheat your over to 350 degrees F and bake it for 20-25 minutes OR till it becomes golden brown from all sides.
