Try this full of veggies recipe

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan roast vermacili in it 2 mins.than take it out.

* Step 2

In the same pan add 1 tbsp ghee,let it hot.add cumin seeds crackle it.

* Step 3

Add onion,chilli,pink it,

* Step 4

Add thin chopped potatoes cook it 2 mins.

* Step 5

Add tomatoes,cook it.

* Step 6

Then add all chopped veggies,stir it.

* Step 7

Now add roasted vermacili,mix it.

* Step 8

Add 1 glass of water in it.let it boil.

* Step 9

When water reduced,sprinkle some green coriander in it.

* Step 10

Serve it hot _hot.

* Step 11

It is a healthy breakfast try it.
