Dry masala eggs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add 2 tsp oil,let it hot.

* Step 2

Add peeled egg fry it half mins in the high flame.

* Step 3

Take out eggs from the pan keep it aside.

* Step 4

Add 2 tbsp oil in the same pan.

* Step 5

Add onion, brown it.add ginger, garlic paste. Stir it.

* Step 6

Add all spices in it.sprinkle some water & mix it.

* Step 7

Add chopped tomato cook it 2 mins.

* Step 8

Add salt.

* Step 9

Do not pour water in this process.

* Step 10

Now add fried eggs in it.

* Step 11

Cook it 2 mins in the slow flame.

* Step 12

Now dish is prepare.

* Step 13

Sprinkle coriander leaf before servings.
