These tarts are fill by fresh strawberries .
Ingredient

1 cup
prepared custard
2 cup
milk
1 Tsp
custard
2 tbsp
Milk
2 Tsp
chopped fruits
2 drop
strawberry's essence
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 6 tarts Shell's (you can find the recipe for the same on my Cookpad account).
* Step 2
Boil the milk,add cornstarch slurry in it.stir it continuesly.it will thick.
* Step 3
Add sugar stir it.add chopped fruits which you like.
* Step 4
Remove it from the flame.let it cool.
* Step 5
Make compote from the strawberry.take a pan add 1/4 cup of water add chopped strawberry,add 2 tsp sugar cook all things together.10 miniutes.
* Step 6
Remove it from the flame,let it cool.
* Step 7
Now fill the tart with custard & top it with strawberry's compote.
* Step 8
A awsome dessert it ready to serve.
