Dahi bade paneer ke

Nutty, crunchy,& smooth tastes.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

5 miniutes
1 Tsp

salt

1/3 Tsp

chilli flax

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put all things together execpt butter & chat masala.

* Step 2

Mix all things all things very well.

* Step 3

Use gram flour 2 Tsp,& dryfruits 2 Tsp.means half we will use in mixture & half for out side dusting.

* Step 4

Make balls From this mixture.

* Step 5

Now dust it with gram flour & dryfruits.

* Step 6

Take a pan Heat it.sprinkle some Butter in it.

* Step 7

Put bade in it,Roast it in the slow flame golden.

* Step 8

Remove it from the flame.cool it.

* Step 9

Serve it in a serving plate.add curd in it.sprinkle spices in it.

* Step 10

Add sweet chuteny,& garnish it with mint leaves & pomegranate seeds.

* Step 11

It is a low calorie dahi - bade.
