Moong daal balls in spicy curd

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixture grinder add all grinding things.

* Step 2

Grind it with the help of little amount of water.make it fine paste.

* Step 3

In a Heat pan add oil,let it hot.put Dal mixtures balls in it.

* Step 4

Fry it golden.

* Step 5

Take it out and put it in salty water for 5 miniutes,they gets fluffy.

* Step 6

Keep it a side for cool.

* Step 7

Now take a bowl,put curd in it.whisks it.

* Step 8

Now grind all roasted spices.

* Step 9

Put it in curd,whisk it again.

* Step 10

Add salt,and all remaining things.

* Step 11

Add all soaked balls in it.keep it an hour for getting best taste.

* Step 12

Arrange it in a serving tray.

* Step 13

Garnish it with red chilli flakes and coriander leaves
