* Step 1
In a bowl put icing sugar,egg,beat it till frothy.

Add vanilla,gel,beat it 5 miniutes.

Seaive the maida,salt, baking powder.put it in the mixing bowl,in little amount 2,3 times.
* Step 4
Mix it.slowly, by cut & fold method.
* Step 5
Keep it in a greased,& dusted cake tin.
* Step 6
Now keep it in preheated oven at 180 the for 25 miniutes.
* Step 7
Now take it out from the oven.let it be cool.
* Step 8
Demold it.cut it two parts.sprinkle sugar syrup both parts.
* Step 9
Spread crushed berries &wheaped.cream in it.use both crush in side.
* Step 10
Now cut it in pastry shape.
* Step 11
Really it's taste is amazing.
