Stuffed urad,chana dal and paneer malai parathe

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl put flour,salt,cumin seeds,mix it.
* Step 2
Add curd,& ghee,mix it,knead it with the help of water.keep it aside.
* Step 3
Now take a pan Heat it put 1 tsp butter,add Hing, cumin seeds,Green chilli,ginger and fry it for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Add all spices and grind dal now fry it for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Remove it from the flame.
* Step 6
Add paneer and malai,salt,mix it very well.
* Step 7
Keep it aside for cooling.
* Step 8
Now make balls from the kneaded dough.
* Step 9
Make it like a bowl and fill it with fried dal mixture.
* Step 10
Now roll it like paratha neither too thick nor too thin.
* Step 11
Heat the pan add rolled paratha and shallow fry it adding little oil.
* Step 12
Bake it both sides until crispy and golden.
* Step 13
Serve it hot with any vegetable or pickles.
* Step 14
It can be also served like breakfast or evening snacks.
