Besan's waffle

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl put besan,soda,salt mix it.
* Step 2
Now add cumin powder,chilli flakes,mix it well.
* Step 3
Add all other things given in the list, except butter.mix it with the help of water.
* Step 4
Make a little thick batter from this.
* Step 5
Heat a waffle pan, grease it with butter.
* Step 6
Pour the batter in it.sprinkle butter in it.close it 2 minutes.
* Step 7
Check it, flip it to another side.
* Step 8
It's colour should be golden.
* Step 9
Take it out from the waffle maker.
* Step 10
Serve it hot - hot with green chutney or sweet & sour sauce.
