Almond

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a big pan put approximately 1/2 LTR water for boiling.

* Step 2

Add fitkatri.

* Step 3

Add garlic & let it boil 20 mimiutes in the high flame.

* Step 4

After that remove it from the flame.strain it with the help of strainer.

* Step 5

Now wash the boil Garlic in running water 6,7, times.

* Step 6

In a pan boil the milk,add cornflour dissolve milk.stir it continuesly.

* Step 7

Add sugar & garlic in it.boil it 2 miniute.

* Step 8

Add all dry fruits in it. Boil it 1 miniute.

* Step 9

Now remove it from the flame.

* Step 10

Add crushed cardamans,& saffron milk in it.let it be cool.

* Step 11

Serve it in the bowl.

* Step 12

Garnish it with some chopped dryfruits.

* Step 13

Now Lucknow ki lahesun ki kheer is ready to eat..
