Besan ke laddu

Traditional recipe

Ingredient

Cooking time :

30 miniutes
300 GM

gram flour

300 gm

Sugar

as needed

Cardamom

as needed

Dry fruits

1 cup

Pure Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a heat pan put ghee heat it.

* Step 2

Put besan in it.Roast it in slow flame.when it release Aromat smell, remove it from the flame.

* Step 3

Mix it very well.add cardamoms.

* Step 4

In another pan put sugar and 1/2 cup of water boil it.

* Step 5

When bubbles are seems add besan in it.

* Step 6

It gets some thicken, make laddu from this.

* Step 7

Sprinkles some dry fruits on it.

* Step 8

Now sweet laddu are ready to eat.
