2 cups

Maize flour

1/2 tsp

Salt

1 tsp

Agwain

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put flour,salt ajwain together.

* Step 2

Add some water mix it.

* Step 3

Knead it very well.

* Step 4

Keep it a side for rest.

* Step 5

Make balls from this dough.

* Step 6

Sprinkle some water on your palm.

* Step 7

Put balls in your hands.press the balls with your palm & rotate it like circle.

* Step 8

Roti should be some thicken.

* Step 9

Now put it in Heat pan.flip it other side.both sides will be cooked in slow flame.

* Step 10

Remove it from the pan.

* Step 11

Now bake it on gas in slow flame.

* Step 12

Sprinkle some butter on it.

* Step 13

It can be eat any type of Sabji or bharta.
