Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the cut stems 10 miniute.
* Step 2
Remove it from the flame,drain the water.
* Step 3
In a Heat pan pour oil.add onion stir it.
* Step 4
Add garlic,ginger, tomato stir it,add Lotus stem and fry it pink.
* Step 5
Add turrmric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder,sprinkle some.water & fry it.
* Step 6
Add salt & garam masala.stir it.add mango powder.
* Step 8
Now lotus stem a delicious veg is ready to eat.
* Step 9
You can have it with chapati or parathas or rice,& pulse.
