Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sieve the both flour & Knead it with the help of water,oil & malai.
* Step 2
Keep it a side for the rest.

Griend the chana daal & Fry it on the heavy bottom pan with the help of sprinkling some ghee.
* Step 4
Add sugar and fry until golden.remove this from the gas.add coconut & caradomn.
* Step 5
Make the balls from the kneaded dough & flate it.fill fried chana daal in it & rolll out with the help of rolling pin.
* Step 6
Bake it in a Heat pan all rolled out circles golden.
* Step 7
It can be cooked like a chapati & serve it hot with ghee.
