Patthar ke Kebab
Taking the kebab on the stone brings a different taste in it's test.because of baking on stone ,it is called stone kebab.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixture jar put Keema & grind it,make a smoot paste.
* Step 2
Roast all whole spices & grind coarsely.
* Step 3
Make a paste from ginger, garlic, papaya,& mix it in grinded Keema.
* Step 4
Keep it 1 an hour. Then add all prepared spices & mix it.
* Step 5
Keep it for merination 2 hrs.add malai & 1 Tsp butter for good aroma.
* Step 6
Now take a square piece of stone that is not blemishes.
* Step 7
Put it on the gas & heat it.sprinkle butter.
* Step 8
Now prepare the kebabs with marinated meat and put it on the hot stone & bake well on both sides.
* Step 9
Serve it hot with green chutney & onions rings.
* Step 10
Lachcha Parantha or plain Parantha will go with this.
