Polenta

This is a garlic/rosemary/parmesan version of a standard.

Ingredient

Food ration :

12 servings
2 c

water

1 1/2 c

milk

1-2 tsp

salt

to taste

salt/pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil broth, water, milk, garlic, rosemary and salt.

* Step 2

Whisk in cornmeal.

* Step 3

Simmer over med-low heat until thick and creamy; stir often about 15 minutes.

* Step 4

Remove from heat and stir in parmesan. Transfer to 2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
